North Wave Spa, and who sells it to you
Since 1999, North Wave has developed a range of hot tubs inspired by the Nordic spirit: 12 models of 2 to 6 seats and 9 swim spas from 3.80 m to 6 m, all built on the same principle, with high-performance insulation and branded components. Comfort, durability and simple everyday use rather than a one-upmanship of jets.
The brand does not sell direct: it relies on 22 official dealers in France, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and is backed by the Groupe L'Espadon, whose 750 m² showroom is in Richwiller, in Alsace.
Three insulated shells rather than one
Triple Scandinavian insulation insulates the shell, the frame and the cabinet separately, and closes everything off with a sealed, insulated, pest-resistant fiberglass base. Heat lost from a hot tub does not only escape through the top: it passes through the sides and the floor, and that is where the running cost of a hot tub used all year in a climate like ours is decided.
The circulation pump runs on low energy, 49W, and it is the one running most of the time: massage pumps only start when in use.
Twenty years on the structure, three years on the equipment
The shell is Lucite acrylic, made in the United States, and the frame is composite or galvanized steel depending on the model. Both are warranted for 20 years by the manufacturer, and the technical equipment for 3 years.
Manufacturer warranties, handled by us: the showroom deals with it, not a number abroad.
What lies behind the cabinet
The suppliers named on the spec sheets. These are not decorative logos: branded components can be replaced anywhere in Europe, and that decides how long a repair takes ten years after purchase.

Who does what, from order to repair
The brand designs the range, holds stock and trains the network. The dealer closest to you advises, prices, delivers and installs. The North Wave technical service stands behind them, on parts and warranty. In Alsace, these three roles come together at the Groupe L'Espadon showroom, in Richwiller.
