Personal data
This site sets no cookies, does not measure its audience and sends nothing to any outside service. So there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What we receive
Only what you type into the price enquiry form: first name, last name, email, phone number, postcode, town, the model you are interested in and your message. Nothing is collected beyond that submission.
What we do with it
Your enquiry goes into the enquiries file dated Groupe L'Espadon, the one the showroom uses to prepare its quotes. It is used to reply to you and to prepare your project. It is not sold, not passed on to any third party and not used to send you advertising.
How long
Three years after our last exchange, unless a sale has taken place: documents relating to an order are then kept for as long as accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, by email at [email protected] or by post at 16B rue de Kingersheim, 68120 Richwiller. We reply within one month. If you disagree, you can contact the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
Cookies
None. Fonts are served from this site rather than from an outside service, and no map is embedded in the pages: the directions link opens your phone's map app, without storing anything here.
